It's good overall, but I'm not sure the lead synth should have sounded like somebody gagging.

You definitely have some talent here. If there is one problem with it, it's that there re too many sections where it is completely silent. That isn't really much of a problem, though. In fact, that helps set the mood.

Wrong genre here...

Is it just me or does this sound like a classical, up-beat song you would here at a Western Saloon? Its not very jazzy to me, not at all. Although it is a good piano sequence.
